This was DELICIOUS! Probably one of my faves that I’ve tried so far. It’s flavorful with just the right amount of spice. I got a decent amount of shrimp that felt filling. I loved the bok choi slaw that was in the soup. The soup almost reminded me of eating ramen without any noodles. I will say this recipe seemed lighter/slightly smaller in portion size than the other soups that I’ve gotten. I didn’t mind though since I prefer lighter dinners.
