-let it rest for 5mins -we take the egg yolk and Tbsp of milk mix well -Then we brush the baguette -Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and poppy seeds It’s optional -bake at 190 -200°c from 25 to 30 mins And enjoy please share it 🥰
