We had our own side salad to pair it with. We also used the last of our leftover chicken stock vs water, but this dish was great! I’d prefer it in the winter if anything. There was a generous amount of shrimp, it wasn’t fishy, and the flavors balanced out very well. Not too spicy (3/10) — I’m typically not a seafood fan, but I’d get this again in the cooler months. Overall 9/10 for a soup dish.
