
I bought these pastry’s.They expired yesterday (July 11) I had one pastry left that I kept in room with the package open.I weighed it yesterday and it said 72/73 grams.Today (July 12) I weigh it and it says 70/71 grams.How?Why?How much does it actually weight then?How do I keep this from happening?

Scales have a margin of error.
Why are you weighing pastries….?
If you leave a package of soft bread open the water in the food will evaporate. That could cause the weight loss.
Similarly, if you leave a package of crispy crackers open it will absorb humidity and gain some weight.
Either way, sealing food in tightly fitting airtight bag will help.
