    My son loves fried rice so we decided to skip ahead a few recipes and cook through the fried rice for July, which means we stay with the basics!

    I used day old Jasmine Rice that I left in the fridge on a tray overnight to dry further. It still seemed a little sticky, but came out okay. Added some leftover sausage so I guess it’s not that basic and a little too much sesame oil in the sauce. Overall 8/10 would eat again
