Hi y’all! I want to share the life changing ‘best crispy roast potatoes ever’ for my colleagues for a breakfast meeting at 8 am. I ideally would like to prep them ahead of time then bake in the morning.
Thought process: night before cook potatoes and spread them out on a baking sheet; refrigerate overnight; bake in the morning (adding extra time for the cold potatoes).
Any thoughts on how this may or may not work and ways to change? Thanks in advance!
