Anyone else have this issue where a week is just completely missing from the app? I got charged for a box arriving July 17th, yet that week doesn’t exist on the app.

This has only happened to me once before and they gave me a partial refund that time.

Update: after 30 minutes on the phone with customer support I got a full refund but the box is still on the way.
Either way I’m just here to bitch about how annoying it is when this happens and see if it’s happened to anyone else.

    I hate the app; it’s so glitchy. Now I just log in on the web and I haven’t had issues that a lot of people report on here.
