Whoever came up with this combination was high af. Or drunk. Having a case of the drunken munchies tends to lead to the worst outcomes.
ETA, I’m still trying to figure out what’s going on with those fries. Is that chili in the pizza cone? Is it some kind of attempt at poutine that missed the mark?

This isn’t a one-off thing. Apparently there’s a company that makes the machines that make these things. You can Google for “Pizza Cone Machines” and find a bunch for sale.
