OK long story but we were trying to come up with new dinner ideas. My 16 y o. suggested we do all the State Foods, in alphabetical order, every weekend. After searching we found most states don’t have an official food dish. This is where I need your help. What dinner dish is your state best known for. Last night was our first week, ALABAMA – Smoked wild turkey with Alabama White sauce, collard greens, mashed potatoes, and corn bread. (Thanks Matt Pittman & Meat Church BBQ for the idea)!!
