Beautiful afternoon at the Huntington. Ends up being basically $100 a person if you give a good tip which you should because the service was excellent. I couldn’t finish it all and have leftovers for a snack later. Beautiful setting and worth it if you’re looking for a “proper” sit down leisurely tea. We were there about two hours. All the food was delicious.

Sigh. It’s times like this I’m so tired of being frugal and on a budget. This is totally something I would enjoy.

    Thanks for sharing. It’s lovely!

It takes an act of god to get a reservation there. I have been trying so hard to get to go again but dang. So glad you were able to get in and enjoy it.

My wife and I went to the Rose Garden years ago, before the remodel. It is definitely one of my favorite experiences in the LA area. We have tickets/reservations for a Saturday in September. I can’t wait to go back, especially after seeing these photos.
