This is the recipe.
I decided to double it, I was just wondering how much, if even, I should adjust the time for cooking on low?
The original says to cook on low for 4 hours. I considered maybe 4.5 or 5 hours but defintely don’t want to overcook it. Another possibility is to just check it when it gets to 4 and keep checking from there but im so nervous when it comes to cooking meat😬
I did see someone make this very thing in the subreddit , same recipe (which I claimed from them lol) but I can’t find the post again or I would’ve asked them directly.

Thanks in advance as always.

Do you have a meat thermometer? If so, cook the meatballs until the center reaches 165°F (73°C).

This recipe concerns me with temp and time for raw pork, not pre-cooked pork.

Standard for chunks of raw meat is 4 hrs + on high or 7-8 hrs + on low. That’s with lifting the lid as little as possible to maintain steam / heat. Each time you lift the lid, the temperature drops.

Slow cooker recipe sites I trust (Budget Bytes, Spend with Pennies, etc) all recommend 3-4 hrs on high or about 6 hrs low for small meatballs in a sauce. I’d go with that

I think in this case you have a chef who is used to the Instant Pot who didn’t make a good conversion to the slow cooker.
