Second time making. I added red bell pepper and garlic this time. I also added momofuku spicy seasoning and chili oil when I added the water.

This could def also go for a squeeze of lime.

    This was so good last week that we immediately changed this week’s box to have it again! I’m gonna add some jalapeño lime crunch from TJ’s and I got a nice crusty loaf of bread to go with. And rice noodles for backup in case we eat all the bread haha.

    I really liked this dish but wish they included some bread. At only 490 calories per serving, it could have used something to bulk up the meal.
