I don’t have more cream and it’s been in the fridge for 2 days already, I thought about oil and garlic, any more helpful ideas?

    Always save the starchy water that your pasta cooks in. It’s a natually salty glaze that you can easily add cheese to, or egg, or lemon, cream, stock etc.

    You can always add a little corn starch to water to replicate this

    half-butter half-olive oil, and minced garlic

    asian style sauce with soy, ginger, sesame oil, a little peanut butter, maybe cucumber and cilantro
