    Based on Vito Iocopelli’s Recipe on YouTube.

    Poolish pre-ferment then cold fermented the dough for 24 hours before cooking.

    Homemade Tomato Sauce mixed with some pasta sauce and reduced down until thickened.

    Ground sirloin, pre-sliced pepperoni, bell peppers and fresh grated full fat mozzarella rounded it off.

    Delicious overall but will do sausage next time

    I’ve got a similar shirt except it’s a pig and every part is listed as “Good” except the belly, which is listed as “Real Good.”
