Happy weekend all! Most of my calorie budget went to dinner this evening, which was a humongous portion of potato, cauliflower and broccoli mash, the last of my green goddess salad leftovers, two pieces of cod with cheddar and spinach crumb and blistered padrón peppers as a side – all very tasty.
I also had my usual iced oat milk vanilla latte in the morning, a potato leek soup with chilli peanut oil for lunch, and the rest of the halo top ice cream while watching a movie this evening ☺️
