I know I’m late to the party but this is my first chia pudding.
The pudding has around 120 cals, made of 2 tbsp (20g) chia seeds and 1/2 cup (120 ml) of almond milk. I didn’t add any sweetness or flavors to the chia pudding itself so it didn’t taste like much, naturally. But together with the very sour sheep yogurt and the sweetness of the fruits it was very enjoyable.
Will definitely further experiment with this.
