23 g of carbs and 7g protein is already over 50 calories. Is it saying that the insoluble fiber doesn’t count?

Correct, insoluble fiber cannot be fully utilized by the digestive system and will basically shove a lot of this straight through your system. A lot of diet foods are just pumped full of some form of insoluble fiber to remove calories from the label.

I wouldn’t say that calorie count is inaccurate, but I would say if you eat a lot of this bread in a day, prepare to shit your brains out lmao.

    My maths…

    Carbs…23 less 18 fibers, gets 5…times 4 cals per gram is 20.

    Proteins, 7g @ 4 cals per gram is 28

    Fat, 1g @ 9 cals per gram is 9

    20+28+9=57 cals per serving.
