Currently growing Gong bao, cayenne, Jalapeño and Bhut Jolokia in our garden. Little did I know what Bhut Jolokia actually means until this week when I was looking at the peppers forming, scratching my head saying hhhhmmm, those look a lot like Ghosts. 🙄

I’m usually a habanero level spice girl but already looking up recipes. Here’s me easing into it with homemade jalapeño poppers.
