Decided to pick this up at Costco last night. Came in a two pack, I doubt I’ll finish both bottles. Too sweet, not enough heat, the flavor profile is just wrong, and for a pretty mild sauce it’s wreaking havoc on my guts.

If you can find the Tabasco or yellow bird Sriracha both are really good subs

  2. Good to know. FYI, neither is that Chin Su crap.

I was gifted a bottle, we did finish it but it took a year. It grew on me after a while as a thing of it’s own but definitely didn’t scratch the sriracha itch.

(I don’t have a very refined palette but I thought this Sky Valley sauce was “darker”, almost a bit smoky, def not enough acid. Tbh I used it primarily as an ingredient while cooking)

But the Sriracha from Underwood farms. They are the farmers that supplied the original peppers. Bought 3 bottles online and shipped to my house in a couple days. As good or better than the current version of sriracha because it has the original pepper!
