


They’re only doing cold prepared things right now. I got the Ceviche Reina, agua Chile with red sauce, and the Ceviche de pescado. I got them all as tostadas so about 7-10 dollars each. They needed more lime/acidity and the cucumbers were bitter but otherwise pretty good cost for size and good taste.

You’ve never worked as a cook or went to culinary school. Relax with the “acidity” and technique stuff.
