+ 150 grams cabbage / carrot mixture (by weight, 3 parts green and purple cabbage to 1 part shredded carrots)
+ 2 servings kewpie deep roasted sesame dressing
+ 130 grams cherry tomatoes (~2.5 cm diameter, cut in half)
+ 1 serving fresh gourmet brand crispy onions
+ 1 serving hapi brand wasabi peas
276 grams (0.6 lbs) in total, 435 calories.
Premade a large amount of the cabbage / carrot mixture (purple cabbage and carrots were purchased already cut in the bag, green cabbage was cut by me at home).
Measured out 150 grams of it.
Put everything together except for the tomatoes in a large tupperware.
Put the lid on, shook it vigorously.
Added the tomatoes, gently tossed.
You wanna eat it right after preparing it so the crunchy bits don’t get soft.
