So they automatically added the market discount making this a “discounted box”. How do I get rid of that discount so i can use my credits????

If they are credits from “customer satisfaction” i would get them refunded to my credit card exactly for this reason, it takes some doing and you have to actually talk to a human. This is also part of the reason I left HF
