It turned out really good. Everyone in the reviews complained about it being too runny, but I had to add extra beer because it was too thick for my Ninja blender (made for smoothies). I used a full 12oz bottle of Guinness.
It yielded a little more than a Mason jar (2c).
It seems pretty modifiable. Next time I might use a beer that’s stronger in every way (maybe a Russian Imperial?), and use more beer in place of some of the vinegar; maybe all yellow mustard seeds (it’s pretty horseradish-y); and it could probably be good with more sweetener. I also don’t see the point of making the syrup part when it gets blended so much, especially since honey is a syrup.
It was incredibly easy. Now I just need to find cheap, bulk mustard seeds.

Looks great! If you have an Indian market/grocery near you, they have bulk mustard seeds for cheap.
Yum! What do you plan on using it for?
May we get the recipe or something along those lines that you used? That looks incredible
