The snails did a number on the outer leaves and since they started eating the inner part as well I had to harvest now. Next year I will space them out a bit better and planr them a few months later to get a harvest in time for fall. I still have a couple of good ones that I didn’t harvest but I already don’t knwo where imma put all of this kimchi once it’s done….
