Hey everybody, it’s that pizza reviewing guy once again (gotta catch em all). Recently tried a couple of spots, one of them that opened recently-ish with considerable buzz, the other rather tucked away far from downtown Toronto. Hope you all read and enjoy! Cheers. L.

“Soooo… maybe mention that on the menu? (it was nowhere to be seen, I looked). I mean… for instance a good friend of mine can potentially die if tomatoes come anywhere near him… Would you have mentioned it if I hadn’t asked and had a garlic allergy?”
i’m sorry this is from a different review than linked but just want to draw attention to how bad of a take this is – anyone with allergies, particularly something so utterly commonplace as garlic, either needs to assume they can’t eat anything or ask every time. it’s not a restaurants job to list every single ingredient, especially uncommon allergens (do you want them to inform you the dough contains flour too? the sauce has oregano? it’s ridiculous). i’m sure the pizza at this place sucks but this is just such a goofy take
Next time you’re at Burratino get the sausage pie instead, much better than the black garlic pep!
