It was a bit of work, but very tasty! I did add more parmesan to the top. Also, I think there is an error in the recipe. It states to add half the bacon to the quiche mix, but never tells you to use the other half. I think the instruction to add the other half to the top was missing. I added it all to the mix.

There was a previous frittata recipe from the market that I got that said to use only half the potatoes for no reason, so their instructions can be wonky sometimes
