I went on a weekday morning and the line wasn’t too bad. I wouldn’t go on a weekend, especially with this heat. I had the oatmeal raisin, which was brown-sugary and delicious, and very filling. It’s a cookie that fills the ecological niche of a scone.

Went Thursday at about 1:30. 5 minute wait.

Also – “The Cookie” from Bristol Farms is better.

I’ll be honest, their cookies taste like shit. Maybe the flagship store in NY is better, but the one here is so mid. Another spot in LA that’s overhyped because of the name and store aesthetic.

I would recommend Paderia Bakehouse. I think they have great cookies that are similar to this.

Their chocolate chip peanut butter chip cookie is phenomenal and, IMO, their best offering. It’s like three cookies in one.

Went here in the early afternoon on a weekday and there was no line. The cookie was good, sure, but not so good that I’d wait more than five minutes for it.

Also it’s not a cookie. It’s like if a scone and a blondie had a baby. It’s huge and dense as fuck. Just half of one made me feel full for hours afterwards.

they’re good – crispy on the outside but soft (almost raw) in the middle.

  8. I think levain cookies are the best, at leas the chocolate chip walnut. Yea there’s other similar ones like Bristol farms, paderia, but they are not as good. Get one of these fresh out of the oven when it’s still warm and I’ll make any day better.

Their cookies are good but they’re a bit too sweet for my liking. The classic needs some more nuts in it. All the other flavors are even sweeter and we’re too much for me.

They have their system down though, they keep that line moving, they are very efficient.

Get ready for the most mid and undercooked scone you’ve ever had. If I made it at home and was high I’d tell everybody how good it was. But I paid $5 for a professionally baked cookie after hearing how good it was and was really disappointed. It genuinely felt raw.

I am allergic to walnuts & thought if I got a cookie with no nuts (chocolate chocolate chip), I’d be ok. NOPE. I had a *huge* issue with the cross contamination there. Thankfully, I only had eaten a tiny piece before the reaction started. I was able to just take Benadryl & not have to use my Epi-pen.

The one in NY has terrible customer service.

What a coinky-dink! Just today we drove most of a half-hour to get there, and was not disappointed. Their choc chip pecan is without competition the single best cookie I have had in my life. Even the copy cat recipe ones we made during covid were amazing. Everyone in my family, after just a bite, was nodding their head in admiration. The shop is spacious, stylish, and the cashiers were all cool. No disrespect to Crumbl, but Levain is a dollar cheaper and many times better. Okay a little disrespect…

Had 4 of each cookie for the 4th of July potluck party that I was in! It was an hit!
