I saw this tool in [this YouTube video](https://youtube.com/shorts/qmQ1bLM_uAc?feature=share). It looks like a perforated cylinder that seals, and can be submerged in liquid to cook sweet (I’m assuming glutinous) rice. I’m so curious what it is, how well it works, where to get it, and what else it can cook!
