IMO this is the most flavourful, tasty, and satisfying dish in the entire city. Bun Bo Hue from Pho Hung.
Get the pho rice noodles instead of the Bun noodle.

Some pho places only serve Bun Bo Hue on certain days of the week. Is it the same at Pho Hung?
Another question – how does it compare to the Bun Bo Hue at Pho Linh?

Try substituting the congealed pigs blood and feet for slow cooked roast beef and Vietnamese sausage. If you write this they will know what you mean: B’Hue lay nam, cha. Make sure u get slow cooked beef not the chewy raw stuff.

In Australia, we call this dish BBH.

You should try this dish at Pho Anh Vu or Pho Metro (Warden & Lawrence location). Pho Anh Vu is slightly better than Pho Metro.
Pho Anh Vu version comes with all the herbs for the dish.

This place used to be good. I suggest you try Anh Dao across the street from this place.

Pho Linh has the best Bun Bo Hue in the city of Toronto. They also have the best Banh Cuon as well

I actually really like it at pho viet express @bathurst and Steeles. Haven’t had bun bo hue at pho linh in ages, nor been to pho hung in years.

For the best bun Bo hue, go to bun Bo hue.
You know it’s good when you name the restaurant and center the menu around 1 dish
