Today I chose again Spaghetti Carbonara but this time I made my Pasta myself. What a taste with fresh Pasta.

    Usually it’s not eaten with “pasta all’uovo” (egg pasta) because eggs are already present in the sauce.

    But just do whatever you want, I prefer pasta all’uovo over “normal” pasta in most pasta recipes, maybe because I’m from the north.
