Full day of Wednesday eats:) 1524kcal / 90g Protein

    * Iced oat milk latte with caramel syrup
    * Some chocolate “gemstones” – I grabbed one each time I opened the fridge 🙈
    * A slice of sourdough 🍞 with two slices of cheddar 🧀, lettuce 🥬, tomatoes 🍅, cucumbers 🥒, two fried eggs 🍳 and baby button mushrooms 🍄
    * Seedless green grapes
    * Half a tub of Oppo caramelised biscuit swirl ice cream 🍪
    * A big bowl of lean Beef Chilli with low fat cottage cheese & dill

    My favourite today was definitely my lunch sandwich 🥪 the two slices of cheese were well worth it!
