Not pictured my 115cal morning coffee. I woke up late today and did not want to go grocery shopping so I made it happen with what I had and still ate within my goals. Perhaps not the most nutrient perfect day but it worked out. Just keeping it real!!

So, I’ve been ghosting this sub for a few weeks, and I have some basic questions. How do you calculate calories in your food? When you cook, do you have to add the calories of all the ingredients? It seems very time-consuming.
