Breakfast- I’m shamelessly reusing a photo I’ve previously posted because I didn’t take a pic this morning. Yogurt and Morningstar pancake on a stick with fruit. 300 cals and 24g protein.

Had the quest bar between these meals

Lunch: smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwich with red onion, tomato, avocado and honey mustard. Quest protein chips and bell peppers. De La Calle sparkling water.

Dinner: tried a Betty Crocker sheet pan meal starter and it was surprisingly really good. Mediterranean Stye Balsamic, I used shrimp, mushrooms, squash, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Decided it wasn’t going to be filling enough and added some garlic buttered toast, and a cocktail (all included in that calorie count!).

Crispy Roller for dessert as I had lots of calories to spare for the day.

    wow looks delicious! when i have those days i save the calories for the weekend 😉 although i usually still end up eating way over on the weekend anyways..😅
