As much as I would like to try those pizzas, there is no way I can eat enough pizza for it to make the $150 worth it

How do the logistics of a pizzafest even work?
Like how do you make hot and crispy fresh pizza on demand for a crowd of thousands all day with like a small canopy and space for maybe one pizza oven? Do pizzerias participating in events like this just close the restaurant to customers for the day and have all staff churning out pizzas and schlepping them over to Coney Island or what?
Sounds like $150 spent on soggy pizza bites.

Was slightly curious about the logistics of it all. I like my pizza crispy and $150 for a pizza party feels excessive idk.

Cool idea but too expensive and logistically sounds like a nightmare.
Plus, there’s the whole putting money in Dave Portnoy’s pocket.
Hard pass.

I used to go to the Vendy’s religiously. Loved every second of it. Asking brick and mortar pizza venues to play a road game doesn’t sound like setting them up for success.
