I had this bowl at a restaurant and was wondering if someone could help me figure out how many calories were in it. It had roasted broccoli and brussel sprouts, carrots, bell pepper, kale, brown rice and quinoa mix (about 1 1/2 cups underneath it all), grilled chicken and a 2oz portion of lemon tahini sauce.     I don’t think anyone on here can estimate calories from a picture. We have no idea if those things were cooked in oil or butter or grilled or if they are coated in any kind of sauce.

    400 to 450 ish is my guess. 220 for 6oz chicken breast, the veggies all together maybe 100, add 100-150 for restaurant penalty (oil just because). Add 100-150 if you ate the dressing. If it wasn’t oily or the dressing was yogurt or something, it could be a lot lower.

    Ballpark 650-750ish. You never really know how much oil and whatnot they cook they veggies in, plus the dressing can be ridiculously calorific. Though, that looks like a tasty meal and pretty damn healthy for eating out. I’d make that a regular! Doesn’t even look like it needs the dressing.
