This would be probably my fifth ish attempt at a steak. I think I’ve finally got the reverse sear down. I was aiming for rare.

    Not preferred method, but you did fine for the chosen technique. I would also say that’s medium rare, not rare, but without a temperature reading I’m not saying that with certainty.
