    Looking into the jar it sorta looks like fresh kimchi made with bok Choy 🙂

    If you look up fresh bokchoy kimchi you can find the same thing, and a lot of times in Korean they’ll just type out Hangul for salad and call it that!

    Looks like bokchoy geotjeori. I also love that with a splash of vinegar, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds
