This one snuck on me. I didn’t realize the New York style pizzeria (can’t remember the name) closed in the shops off 183 between Costco and Braker Lane.
Now it’s a place called The One Pho, a Vietnamese Asian Fusion place. It opened early July.
They have some hot stone Pho specialty dishes at the high end of their menu and more modestly priced traditional dishes.
I kept it simple and got spring rolls, the vegan egg rolls and a bowl of lemongrass grilled chicken vermicelli. It’s comparable to lot of the established Pho joints. The $8 Banh Mi sandwiches look like a good deal, I just didn’t have room in my belly to try this time.

Interesting in cold cut bahn mi. Might try it some day.
I hope they do well, but that bun and photos of banh mi look pretty bad.
Tried it the other day. It’s alright. Nothing to write home about. The hot stone bowl pho is just a fad. You’re paying more for a hot stone. That’s it.
Meant to say it “sneaked up” on me cause I never noticed the restaurant space turnover. The server said it happened so quick people are still coming in expecting to order pizza.
So. Many. Pho Places.
I just want a damn Jewish deli 😫
For shrimp too many fo spwing woll.
