One of my pet peeves is when people say they don’t want to count calories/diet because they don’t want to eat cardboard. Umm, neither do I? How about this yummy tofu Katsu curry for 570 calories instead.

    I agree. You can eat absolutely anything and portion control for most things (eg… Pasta and potatoes) is more than you think. I go through spices like crazy!
