It’s not a tiramisu!!
I ate this on a trip to Torino and can’t remember the name of it. It was something like noccioloza, noziocola or similar. I purchased it from the dessert fridge at a gelato shop, the women explained to me that the texture is very different from cakes or tirimisu. It had a spongey firm texture on the white parts and reminded me like. a velvety fondant.
It was delicious and I’d hope I can find it the next time I visit.

It is not a typical Piedmontese dessert. It is also impossible to guess the composition from a photo. The gelateria probably created something with the ingredients at its disposal such as hazelnut. Name of the place?
It’s not a traditional dessert, probably it doesn’t even have an own name
I’m realizing the name of the dessert in the fridge may have just been hazelnut in italian 😅
could it be a bonet?
