I don’t usually do the add-on meals, but this sounded really good, and I’ve never made a quiche before, so I had to try it. The pie pan I used is a 10” pie pan rather than a 9”, so I ended up using both crusts smooshed together to make sure the surfaces were covered well. I’m glad I got this because it was soooo good! My only note would be that next time I might add some mushrooms into it as well, I felt like it needed some veggies other than the spinach and onion.
