I would highly recommend that whatever service you look at, find out what carrier they use. If it’s the same as HF, you’ll likely have similar issues. This didn’t leave HF looking like this.

I feel your pain 🤬 Hell-No Fresh they’re unethical and should be investigated for false advertising and fraud. They suck!!! Let me know who you find as an alternative. I was hopeful with HF only to be misled and overcharged. Don’t be surprised if you get harassed by the HF grommets who troll Reddit looking for people who are here trying to warn others. They just love trying to disprove our experience so one could only assume they’re getting some kind of kick back for being disrespectful a$$holes. I’ll send you the list of names to be on the lookout for. The shit talking tag team and have absolutely no life.

probably a courier issue rather than a HF issue. I doutb it left the HF facility like that. Not an excuse but definitely let them know if you have a consistenly shit delivery like this. They can’t ditch a particular delivery service if they don’t know it sucks. Mine arrives by FCX and I’ve had maybe one box that had a large dent in it (though the contents were fine), and one box that couldn’t be delivered due to some kind of accident, this is over years of boxes.
