Is this Eel from H-Mart good to eat as is? Was gonna air fry a portion of it a tiny bit if not. I’m a truck driver and bought it while I was home.
Absolutely don’t wanna microwave it lol. Had eel sushi for the first time the other day after listening to a podcast (shoutout Trash Taste Podcast), and them always praising eel lol. I fell in love after the first bite 🤤

Eel sushi is my favorite too, the flavor is out of this world.

I’m pretty sure that’s good to go, but I’d air fry it, broil it, or heat in a steamer basket just because…
Great with wasabi if you have some. And buying it like this is wayyyy cheaper than ordering out.

Pretty sure it’s precooked. Slice through it, and the texture should be just like regular cooked fish if so. If it is, I’d just eat it cold like that, though air frying it would be great too
Also A+ on the ramune

I’m assuming it’s already been grilled since it’s labeled kabayaki and grilled freshwater eel (민물장어 구이) I’d say it’s fine to eat as is… just your preference if you like it hot or cold.
