Los calientes… the green is one (I forget its name)…. It’s not very hot but is probably top three for me for flavour

If you like Aardvark, the Serrabanero is super good. Not very hot. I would eat it like salsa if it wasn’t $6+ a bottle. Someone else also mentioned El Yucateco green, thumbs up.

Here’s my darkhorse candidate: yellowbird (red) jalapeño.
Hear me out. I love my verdes. Listen I loved in new mexico and I’m definitely in the green camp.
Yellowbird jalapeño is the juiciest out there. It’s their sleeper favorite. I wasn’t above squirting it directly. I bought a sampler and it was my first to go.
If you try it and I ’m full of shit on this I’ll eat my hat.
Having said that there is no reason that el yucateco green at its price and availability shouldn’t 100% be in your cupboard.
