I saw a post on this sub months ago that didn’t entice me but I finally went after a huge tsukemen hankering…and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Ordered an extra side of noods to go with the plentiful slices of chashu 🍜 *smacks lips*

I’ve been to Tatsuya many times but only tried the Tsukumen recently. It was good but I don’t get the hype. I’ll be sticking to the other ramens from now on.
