1. breakfast was 508 calories: bagel w cream cheese & fruit & cashews
2. “lunch” ( i ate this at 7pm) was 597 calories: 8 bbq boneless bites with carrots and ranch
3. “dinner” was 470 calories: meatball sub
it’s been a while and i sometimes struggle with staying on track but i got this. i feel satisfied and good with what i ate today.
