    Recipe :
    1 yellow onion sliced
    2 jalapeños sliced
    1 poblano pepper sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper sliced
Sauté these veggies on griddle with olive oil , black pepper and Sazón Completa seasoning

Slice up New York strip to desired thickness, season with salt/pepper and more Sazón Completa. Sear on griddle with olive oil until medium done

Butter and char grill hoagie rolls

Build sandwiches open face, apply 2 slices of provolone cheese to each sandwich, put in oven and broil until cheese has melted ( make sure you watch this step closely)

My guy. Not only did you properly call it a cheesesteak but your twist on it is top tier. Let’s change up that hoagie roll though. Gonna take this to the flat top. Well done!

NY strip seems a bit chewy for a cheesesteak.
