You probably couldn’t get enough because the portion sizes are so small. Like ridiculously small, and I don’t even need a lot for lunch.

Bang bang is so goddamn good.
I personally like the noodles served dry, but it can be pretty overwhelming if you aren’t in the mood.

Sounds like im in the minority in thinking these were terrible? The noodles themselves are excellent quality but everything else is so overpowering. And plain salty

Maybe I went on a bad day, I went once and had the worst noodles I think I’ve ever had. I love Szechuan style noodles, and cook them regularly, but to me it felt like they used buzz button extract instead of Szechuan peppercorns, which though it is authentic to the Provence, to me they taste super bitter and I can’t stand that taste. Overall the noodles had very little flavor, virtually no garlic taste, and though I like bitter things, they were so bitter I couldn’t finish them, and it takes a lot for me to not finish something. The mushrooms also tasted rehydrated and had a bad texture, which I get it’s a big task to serve them fresh, but for $22 I expect fresh mushrooms. Also the air conditioning condenser was dripping into the noodle pulling station. Can someone confirm I went on a bad day or is it just me?
