    Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 5 minutes
    Total Time: 15 minutes
    **Ingredients:**
    3 large eggs
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    2 tablespoons butter
3-4 tablespoons Boursin cheese (Garlic and Fine Herbs flavor)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional, for garnish)
Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme), for garnish

    **Instructions:**
Whisk the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper.
Prep the Filling: Take the Boursin cheese out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for easier spreading.
Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the pan evenly.
Pour the Eggs: Once the butter is sizzling, pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Allow them to cook undisturbed for a few seconds until they start to set around the edges.
Swirl and Cook: Gently push the cooked edges towards the center of the pan using a spatula, tilting the pan to let the uncooked egg flow to the edges. Continue doing this until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top.
Add the Cheese: Spoon the room temperature Boursin cheese onto one half of the omelette. Using the spatula, carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese-filled side.
Cook Through: Let the omelette cook for another minute or so, allowing the Boursin cheese to melt and the omelette to fully set. If you prefer a slightly runny center, you can reduce the cooking time.
Slide onto Plate: Once the omelette is cooked to your liking, gently slide it onto a plate. Be careful while sliding to avoid breaking the omelette.
Garnish: If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh chives and some additional fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) on top of the omelette for added flavor and presentation.
Serve: Serve the Boursin Cheese and Herb Omelette immediately while it’s still hot and the cheese is gooey and flavorful.
