i ended a 2 yr relationship with my first love on monday…I’m not gonna rant but I just wanted to say how this diet or lifestyle or whatever we wanna call this has helped me so much. I havent been exercising but the first four days I’ve been able to eat @ or around 1500, when the old me would’ve used this as a moment to binge or undereat. I’m not saying this is a cure-all but I think it has more benefits than just weight loss/ and or maintenance. I am taking things day by day & I’m going to the mall tomorrow so I might use that as a cheat day just because I’ve been hella disciplined during such an unreal week.
Alot of my meals have been yogurt bowls, or scrambled eggs or salads or microwaved boneless bites so heartbreak or not, you can stay within ur calorie goal with simple meals!
